Return and exchange of goods

The product purchased in the online store karnia.com.ua can be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase. The procedure for returning goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights».

You also have the right to exchange a good quality product for a similar one within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, not counting the day of purchase, if the product does not suit you in terms of consumer properties (does not meet the stated parameters).

Necessary conditions for returning goods:

  • The product was not in use
  • The packaging of the product is not damaged
  • The sales receipt is saved, if it is provided
